We’re moving!

We’ve been proud to be part of the Downtown Dartmouth neighbourhood for over two decades. We’ve appreciated its’ change over time. The neighbourhood has a deserved, strong reputation for being a great place to live, play and do business. We’ve been grateful to be a part of it and will continue to be a supporter of amazing businesses and community-minded work here, just from a little further away.

Our needs as an organization, like many, have changed over the past few years. With the end of our lease approaching, we took on a thorough search for an office that would reflect the needs of our staff, our stakeholders, and importantly, our community partners. As of April 17, our new location will be at 1809 Barrington Street, on the mezzanine level. This location is a smaller space for our hybrid team, is closer to many of our community, government and business partners. It offers some cost savings too – always important for a nonprofit like us.

We are looking forward to a new, bright, collaborative space, and getting to know the downtown Halifax neighbourhood better. We hope our friends and supporters can visit us once we’re fully unpacked and settled in. Our staff are still fully available during this time, so reach out if you need anything.
