Reporting to the Business Applications Support Officer, the Campaign Associate (Data) will be responsible for supporting daily data-related tasks and requests. Included below is a summary of key tasks for the role.

  • Data entry and database records management
  • Financial data (donations) processing
  • Data file (.csv & .xlsx) prep for SQL database import
  • Support data aggregation from multiple reporting sources, formats, and templates
  • SQL Database query design & extract (SQL data mining – system training will be provided)
  • Help with data analysis for quality and performance
  • Determination of reporting requirements

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, results oriented, and highly attentive to detail. They thrive in a team-based environment and are passionate about data, learning, and supporting community. This candidate must follow all data privacy and cyber security protocols and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel (experience using VLOOKUP and PivotTables is a must, experience with Macros is an asset)
