2009 Youth Grants Online Report

IMPORTANT:

Submit your report by 6:30PM Thursday, November 19th, you'll be entered in a prize draw! The final deadline to submit your report and receipts is December 31, 2009.

Don't forget to send in your receipts by mail or fax to: United Way Youth Grants, 46 Portland St., 7th floor, Dartmouth, NS B2Y 1H4 OR 423-6837 (fax).

All contact information and answers to questions 1-5 are required for the system to accept your report. If you can, please submit photos or other materials that can help us understand better what your project was like.

Any questions? Get in touch with Caitlin at youth[at]unitedwayhalifax.ca or 461-3073 before December 11, 2009. Caitlin will be away from December 11-31 and there's no guarantee your questions can be answered at that time.
