Interested in volunteering for an organization in the community but don't know where to start? Follow these steps:

1). Think about the specifics of what you really want to do. What are your interests? Do you want a hands on or a behind the scenes job? Where do you live and how easily can you get around? 

2). Email or call Emma Cooper after you have given some thought to what you want to do. Together we can figure out what community agency might be the right one for you to call.

We can give you some hints on good places to check out since we are connected to lots of great community organizations. We can suggest  organizations that might be a good fit for you. However we are not a volunteer placement agency.
