Giving your time to an organization can give a great feeling of personal accomplishment. Being part of a team working at an agency that needs a coat of paint or help building a shed, builds team spirit and cooperation. Organize a group of fellow employees and sign up for one of United Way's Days of Caring. With 63 funded agencies, there are always projects that need to be completed. Working to help a person or an organization in our community is a way for you to meet new people, be involved, and gain a sense of accomplishment.
