Two years ago, Lisa’s life was turned up side down when both of her parents developed major health problems. Lisa knew she couldn't quit her job and look after both of them but as an only child she felt very responsible. She also had her own family to look after. It took over two years of phone calls, meetings, and searching the internet to obtain services for her ailing parents. As it turned out the search for help was just as stressful as if she had done it all herself. “I wish there had been a number I could have called and said look, here is my situation; where should I look? I had no idea where to turn.”
